There are cases where Bright Futures for Families may ask you for personally-identifiable information such as your name, mailing address, and email address. Examples include, but are not limited to, online shopping transactions, signing up for an email newsletter, registering on our Sites, or participating in sweepstakes.

- Information Collected Automatically

- You may unsubscribe from our list by visiting the Email signup page link and at the bottom of the page click on Click here under Change or Cancel Subscription.
- All of our email newsletters contain an UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of the email. Look for the words “Click here to remove your email address” or “Unsubscribe” and click on that link.

You may not sell or modify the Material or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose. The Material may not be used on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose.
You may not copy or adapt the HTML or other code that Bright Futures for Families uses to generate its pages.

- Errors. Bright Futures for Families will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information regarding the products we review.

Bright Futures for Families makes no claims that the Materials may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. The Terms are governed by the internal substantive laws of the state of New Mexico, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
