NO xplode pre workout reviews

No xplode review – Is it the best pre workout supplement?

Pre-workout supplements have a good potential in the supplement market. In fact they are the best selling supplement category in the industry. These supplements can give you focus, energy, stamina and strength with each and every workout. However, there are a number of varieties in the market to choose from.

In fact, you might be able to experience a positive difference during your workouts if you use a pre-workout supplement from a reputed manufacturer. The benefits include increased energy, better stamina, increased blood flow and more awareness.

What’s in a pre-workout?

Among the various workout supplements available, there are number of different formulas with different mentioned effects. However, only a few are experienced and recommendable for the workout fans concerning the results and ingredients.

A good pre workout supplement contains

Stimulants: this is to give us the energy to continue the workouts and help to maintain the focus
Beta Alanine: offsets the lactic acid (“muscle burn”) you feel it when exercising and helps to maintain endurance and power
Arginine: helps to increase blood flow to muscles by opening up (“dilating”) your blood vessels
Vitamin C: know as a powerful antioxidant which can help the body to deal with metabolic stress
B Vitamins: Very important in energy production, inflammation reduction, and forming new red blood cells in the body
Electrolytes: Helps to maintain adequate hydration levels. Also supports muscular contraction

What to watch out for?

You should be on the lookout for few important things among the various pre-workout supplements that are available in the market.

Outrageous claims

“Skin-tearing pumps”…”INSANE energy!”…”MAXIMUM Endurance!”
These catchy phrases are available everywhere you see. However you should not be misguided with the phrases. The decisive factor shouldn’t be the marketing slogans or phrases they use, but it should be what is inside and what exactly it does for your workouts.

Stimulant overload

Cheap pre-workouts have filled their containers with large amounts of caffeine and other similar stimulants like yohimbine, synephrine, etc. It provides you a large amount of energy at once for your workouts though. These cheap tricks from cheap companies will actually ignite a sudden energy within your body, only for a short period of time.

Is creatine the best preworkout?

What the Research Says

“Creatine supplementation plus resistance exercise increases fat-free mass and strength.”

The “take creatine after your workout” camp seemed to receive a big boost last year in the form of a study published in the “Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition.”

This study became popular because the abstract appeared to say clearly that taking creatine after a workout is better than taking it before. Here’s what it said:

Creatine supplementation plus resistance exercise increases fat-free mass and strength. Based on the magnitude inferences, it appears that consuming creatine immediately post-workout is superior to pre-workout vis a vis body composition and strength.

Literally hundreds of articles professed not only the benefits of creatine, but more important, its safety. For starters, you could expect:

More muscle
More power and strength
Improved anaerobic capacity

However, the timing of consumption of creatine, is a hot topic of debate. And there is no consensus among the bodybuilding experts.

In my opinion, there are two important points one should note here:-

1. Most bodybuilders are on high-protein diets and Dietary creatine anyway. The more creatine you already have in your diet, the more non-responsive your body is going to be to creatine as “pre workout”. Perhaps the athletes who ddn’t respnd well to creatine as the pre workout in the ISSN study had enough creatine in their muscle already before their workout.

2. There is a great chance that creatine absorption actually increases after a workout, much like protein absorption and glucose sensitivity.

Truth is creatine does come with lots of benefits and is very popular, and companies are trying to milk it by integrating in all kinds of fitness and bodybuilding products. It does seem to be the case too with these pre workout supplements like No xplode etc.

Proprietary blends

There is a big problem with proprietary belnds, especially when it comes to companies manufacturing the pre workout supplements.

The problem with Proprietary Blends:

This is directly related to ineffective doses of ingredients mentioned above. Most of the companies use the term “proprietary blend” just for the sake of protecting their patented blend of ingredients. However, what it does is just hide the facts on quantity of the ingredients in the product you purchase.

It is virtually not possible to assess the true effectiveness of a product when proprietary blends are employed. And many fitness pros agree on the fact that they are usually marketing gimmicks.

No xplode also uses “proprietary blends” called Myogenic Matrix and “Astragin” complex which is also used in some HGH supplements like HGH Factor. According to FactsonHGH.com, it is not be the best HGH supplement out there despite all the marketing hype around this proprietary blend.

Each dietary ingredient in a nutritional supplement should come with an effective dose – supported mainly through scientific studies. If you’re getting an effective dose in a proprietary blend, it’s okay but there is no way to tell if you are getting it or not. That’s why one has to rely on user reviews for No xplode, and truth is the user reviews are largely a mix of positive and negative ones too.

No xplode does not target the enhancement of body’s hormonal response effectively

According to BarBarianbro.com, while you are creating strain on muscles during the workout, there are primary three responses from the body:-

– Response to mechanical tension
– IGF-1 response
– More comprehensive endocrine response (including growth hormone response)

The hormonal response is very powerful in enhancing the effectiveness of your workout. So, while “creatine” and “amino acids” etc. deliver the required nutrients to the working out muscles. The hormonal response that you get ie. the surge in HGH and IGF-1 levels, that is where the real magic lies. Read more about HGH and IGF-1.

“No xplode” tries to include ingrdients that target his hormonal response, for example, the “Astragin” complex which is also present in HGH Factor, and by including Huperzine A which can increase HGH and works by blocking the enzyme that blocks HGH. Read more about this mechanism of HGH increase.

However, even by including these ingredients, No xplode does not increase HGH efficiently or dramatically, as it misses out on some other important ingredients. Read more on the best pre workout supplements.

For example, it does not contain deer antler velvet, which is so great performance booster that even professional athletes are making use of it. And it also misses Alpha GPC, a choline supplement that blocks somatostatin and increase HGH.

HyperGH 14x’s site (a pre workout product that contains Alpha GPC )

Supplementing with Alpha GPC offers two significant benefits to bodybuilders:

First, as a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, Alpha GPC is thought to help activate fast-twitch fibers within your muscles, for harder, stronger muscle contractions and greater muscle endurance.

And second, it has been proven in clinical trials to…increase HGH Release By Up To 4,100% During Workouts (Compared To A 2.6% Increase *Without* Alpha-GPC)

Plus, supplementing with Alpha-GPC prior to workouts has been shown to improve overall bench press power while reducing post-workout respiratory rate!

Source: Journal of International Society of Sports Nutrition: 2008, 5 (Suppl 1):P15

So, choline supplements especially Alpha GPC is something you just can’t ignore if you are serious about taking something to enhance your workouts.

Ineffective Ingredients / Dosages

This is another way that these pre workout companies companies ripoff consumers. They use number of ingredients which are barely effective. They just include those ingredients to show that their product is rich in numerous ingredients. However you should remember the number is not important, but the quality and the effectiveness are. Sometimes they even include the effective ingredients but in very small quantities which are way below the recommended dosage.

In my opinion, when it comes to enhancing “Nitric oxide” in the body using a pre workout supplement, it should have enough quantities of “L arginine” which is one of most potent and powerful nitric oxide boosters and it is also clinincaly proven to enhance HGH in scientific studies.

However, high does of Arginine is needed to enhance nitric oxide effectively. And very high doses can produce side effects like nausea and upset stomach.

According to this article on bodybuilding.com – “This position is also based on the findings that significant increases of blood serum arginine levels induce significant levels of vasodilation in healthy persons when fasting (12). However, such blood levels of arginine require direct infusion as high oral doses generally are not tolerated. In fact, oral dosages as low as 10 grams per day have been associated with significant gastric distress (16).”

That’s why a good pre workout product would try to include a blend of amino acids which can all work in synergy to product nitric oxide effectively.

Unfortunately, No xplode does not contain L arginine and other effective amino acids. It makes use of only Beta alanine and Citruline. Whereas “HyperGH 14x” contains an effective belend of several amino acids that work in synergy to enhance the nitric oxide production.

NO xplode user reviews

Review 1

No xplode was my very first work out and that i began shooting it when i was 16. My bro and I was shared by us and worked out collectively on it. Safe to state, i made a few muscles gains but also lost a few on it too. I enjoyed this pre-work out contains Ethyl Ester creatine since I don’t like water retention that comes with Creatine monohydrate.

On this product, I experienced great energy and enormous pumps while with this. Nevertheless, among the main disadvantages was that I couldnt do cardio following a serving. My stomach disturbed significantly and I’d feel ill all day following the cardio session. The flavor consistently made me gag several times also. I took lemonade, blue raspberry, lemon lime, and the fruit punch and the lemon lime and lemonade were the sole ones I could actually manage. The Lemonade was really quite easy.

However, the fact remains, the product will be gritty with powder bubbles floating on the top which anyone that has taken alot of pre work out supps has experienced and combines terribly. This product was an on and off trouble for my bowels.

I believe it will be an excellent to get a beginner though who needs to attempt a pre workout supplement and although I only said that it was taken by me when I was 16, i tend not to recommend it for anyone. I used to be not informed and you (the reader) are told.

This stuff can also be expensive depending on where you’re purchasing from. I alsoo built up an unbelievable tolerance to N.O. Xplode and i havnt taken it for nearly a year now.

No xplode is like playing Russian Roulette actually to allow it to be short and sweet. I used to be gonna have a fairly great work out, or I’d get a head ache and would like to expire when I had taken it.

Flavor – I actually did not enjoy it (blue raspberry). I am more concerned with how well it worked, although had to sip it to make sure I did not gag.

When this stuff did not make me feel ill, it did give a nice increase of energy, as in it was simply all caffein, occasionally I felt. The most effective stuff I found was it somewhat raised pumps, energy, and a small amount of endurance. On it, you feel you have taken lots of caffeine drinks.

I did see I had need to make use of the toilet right before I’d reach the weights after I drank it.

In addition, this stuff kept me awake for awhile. Compared to Jack3d, following a work out I could readily fall asleep to.

Could not constantly rely on this to work. Occasionally it did result in great work outs, other times I had felt ill and freaked out. This product just did not do it, although I definitely advocate Jack3d instead.

NO Xplode is the initial pre-workout supplement I have been exceptionally pleased with all the results and that I have tried . Go more difficult although I do early morning boot camp 5x a week that’s a mixture of CrossFit training/300 type work outs. Since I have started this, I feel like I could keep going and push more out – and I do! After our first 300 work out, I felt like I could do another hour. I felt wonderful. The remainder of the day am energized and feel astonishing.

Not incredibly crazy in regards to the flavor. I simply purchased the blue raspberry and first attempted the fruit punch. Irrespective of flavor, it is worth sucking down for the results I have reached! I read the other reviews and that i think I have been fortunate so far as the negative effects physically from it- no head aches, cramping, etc.

Review 4

I used to try no xplode earlier and this product used to be an effective one with workout energy and increasing pump, but this is no longer the case and they have changed their formula. I loved using this 2,3,4 years ago, and had high expectations. But I felt like this was no more than a sugary caffeinated drink.

Bottomline

This is just a simple guide to make awareness on you in buying best products spending your money. Be careful and do not be misguided with the information they have provided in the label and the advertisements. Always remember, that the quality is more important than the quantity. Always go for a reputed brand with good background and be aware of the ingredients and their effects with recommended dosages.
